WHERE TO STAY

MOAB UTAH

About Moab

Moab is a small adventure town. Anna has been visiting since she was about 6 years old and it hasn’t changed much since that time. The town is centered around outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking and off roading. Most people come to Moab to spend some time in the great red rocks. The Utah License plate is actually based off of the Delicate Arch located in Arches National Park. Moab is also home to Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Both Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park are considered dark sky parks. This means they have low light pollution and they allow the public to see the night sky more clearly.

Where is the best place to stay?

The wedding location and airbnb are on opposite ends of Moab. The downtown area of Moab is situated in the middle of both of these places. If you have never been to Moab before I recommend staying closer to downtown so you can walk around and explore in your free time. There are also a few airbnbs near the one we rented if you are wanting to stay close to the party. I linked a few airbnbs and hotels before if you need suggestions.
